Overview

Artfolio is an independent visual arts publishing project. Artfolio Content Publisher is an internal content-management and publishing application used to manage and publish Artfolio content through authorized third-party platform APIs.

Information We Access

When Artfolio Content Publisher is connected to a third-party service such as Pinterest, the application may access information explicitly authorized by the account owner through OAuth.

Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:

• account information required for authentication;
• Pinterest boards belonging to the authorized account;
• Pins created or managed by the authorized account;
• information required to create, schedule, or manage Pins.

Artfolio Content Publisher does not collect or store Pinterest account passwords.

How Information Is Used

Information obtained through platform APIs is used only to provide functionality requested by the authorized account owner, including selecting boards, creating Pins, managing Pins, and publishing prepared Artfolio content.

Pinterest data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens may be stored securely when required to maintain an authorized API connection.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and application data against unauthorized access.

Data Sharing

Artfolio does not sell, rent, or provide Pinterest user data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Artfolio Content Publisher may use official APIs and OAuth services provided by third-party platforms including Pinterest.

Use of those services is also subject to the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Artfolio Content Publisher and maintain authorized integrations.

Users may revoke application authorization through the connected platform's account settings.

Requests concerning access to or deletion of data associated with Artfolio Content Publisher may be submitted using the contact information provided by Artfolio.
